Heard learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Learned counsel submits that he has instructions from Respondent No.5 also.

In this matter, the trial Court has convicted the accused persons but the Appellate Court acquitted the accused. Looking to the reasons recorded by the trial Court and the Appellate Court, there is arguable case.
