Upon mentioning, the matter is taken on board. 2.
A praecipe has been moved for speaking to the minutes of the order of this Court passed in Civil Application No.12718 of 2023 in First Appeal No.2351 of 2022 and other connected matters, dated 19.01.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw the entire remaining amount, however, inadvertently 25% amount has been typed in the order. 4.
Hence, in clause No.(ii) of the operative part of the order, the words "25% amount from the amount lying with with the Court", be replaced by the words "the entire amount whatsoever lying with the Court". Necessary correction be carried out, accordingly. The corrected order be uploaded.

Motion stands disposed of.
