Considering the peculiar facts of the case and the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Reference court, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial ) of this Court. The remaining 25% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized bank, initially for a period of three years and the fixed deposits be renewed thereafter from time to time till further orders.
