When the petition is called out in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner. Even in the second session, none appears for the petitioner. This petition was on board on 06.01.2023. On that date also, no one was present for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 03.02.2023. On 03.02.2023, the matter was not worked out and request was made to adjourn the matter. The same was adjourned to 17.02.2023. On 17.02.2023 again at the request of the petitioner the matter was adjourned to 03.03.2023. It thus appears that, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

In view of the same, the criminal writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
