By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent no.2 - Scrutiny Committee that her tribe claim pending before it since 01.07.2022 be decided expeditiously. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is pensioner and her tribe claim is pending since 01.07.2022, we direct respondent no.2 - Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
