The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the services of the petitioner have been terminated. In that view of the matter, the petitioner wish to file appeal before School Tribunal. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that the time spent in prosecuting this Petition may be considered while considering

12111.15WP the prayer of the petitioner for condonation of delay in filing the appeal before the School Tribunal.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek the appropriate remedy. Needless to observe that while considering the prayer for condonation of delay, in case of filing appeal, School Tribunal shall keep in view the time spent by the petitioner in prosecuting the present Writ Petition.
