2] By this application, the applicant/appellant prays for suspension of the substantive sentences awarded by learned Special Judge, Majalgaon in Special (ACB) Case No.3 of 2012 for the offences

punishable under Section 7, 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3] Issue notice to respondent - State. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for respondent - State.

4] Considering the short term sentences awarded by learned Special Judge and that fine amount has already been deposited by the applicant/appellant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended during pendency of appeal.

5] The applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

6] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
