1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to delay in sending the documents by the petitioner, there was delay in removing the office objections, as a result, the registration of petition was refused. He undertakes to remove the office objections on or before 8th January, 2019.

2] In the light of above, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A)(B) and(C). Same stands disposed of. 3] We make it clear that on failure to remove the office objections on or before 8th January, 2019, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the petition shall stand automatically revived.
