The orders of the Returning Officer of Grampanchayat Elections are impugned in the present petitions, whereby the objections raised by the petitioners to the nomination form of respondents in the Elections of Grampanchayat are turned down.

In view of the Full Bench decision reported in AIR 2021 Bomaby 90, these petitions cannot be entertained and the same are, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as permissible in law.
