Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The weapon used in the crime has been recovered from the spot of the incident. The applicant is languishing in jail since 20.04.2020. The applicant was accused in another crime and the present incident happened. He was producing the weapon using in the said crime. No injury certificate has been placed on record. In view of that matter, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

926-BA.1980-22.odt (ii) Applicant GORAKH VITTHAL LOKHANDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.96 of 2020, registered by Police Station Rahata, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 332 and 333 of the IPC, on the conditions that not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses and attend the trial on each effective date.
