This is an application filed for restoration of the Cross objection (St) No.12392 of 2024 by condoning the delay of 99 days caused in filing the application for restoration of Cross-objection. 2.

Perused the application. Heard learned advocate for Applicant. 3.

Learned advocate for respondent strongly objected the application and submitted that, there is no sufficient reason to allow the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and delay of 99 days, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused and in Pooja Kale 1/2

924 CA 12699-2024 the interest of justice the delay of 99 days stands condoned. 5.

The application is disposed of.

Objections, if any, be removed within one week. 7.
