Present petition is directed against the order dated 31.03.2023 passed below Exhibit-236 by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Newasa in R.C.S. No.282 of 2002, whereby the application filed by the petitioner/original defendant no.15 for framing additional issues came to be rejected. 3.

I have perused the order passed below Exhibit-236 by the learned Trial Court, it reveals that the order is very cryptic. 4.

Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, I am inclined to quash and set aside the order by restoring the application Exhibit-236 filed by the petitioner. 5.

In view thereof, the writ petition is allowed. The order dated 31.03.2023 passed below Exhibit-236 by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Newasa in R.C.S. No.282 of 2002.
