The learned advocate representing the Corporation submits that the application dated 5.10.2016, filed by the mother of the petitioner and the representation filed by the petitioner, dated 6.10.2016, have been considered and decided by the Municipal Corporation. Both are rejected.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires to file a writ petition for challenging the said decision.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. All contentions are kept open, if the petitioner assails the decision of the Corporation.
