By this petition, petitioner seeks direction to respondent No.2 to take decision on the appeal of the petitioner dated 30/08/2025.

According to the petitioner the appeal is to be decided within a period of thirty days from the date of filing. However, in spite of laps of one and half months period it is not decided. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions, makes statement that the appeal of the petitioner will be decided within a period of three weeks from today. We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the writ petition.
