The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the representation made by him on 28.12.2015, requesting to reserve water from Mula Dam for supplying water in Dams on Mula river in Newasa Taluka, biannually, within a stipulated period.

We are not inclined to give any such direction to the respondents in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
