Except First Appeal Stamp No. 3378 of 2015, remaining appeals are not on board but requested to be taken on board. 2.
The learned AGP Mr. S. P. Tiwari along with Mr. Rajkumar
-2Mane (Dy. Collector) Land Acquisition, Osmanabad as representative of the appellants are present.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal in view of the Government resolution No..Sankirna-2014/pra.kra4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 03.11.2016 with corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018.

In present matters the enhancement though is not exactly within four times as contemplated by the Government policy stated above, it is slightly and marginally above four times. Considering the over all circumstances of the matters and to save time, money and energy of the stake holders, the appeals are permitted to be withdrawn.

The learned A.G.P on instructions, undertakes to deposit the amount of compensation if not deposited earlier, within a period of six months from today in the reference Court. 5.
On depositing the amount, the respondents/ claimants shall withdraw the same.

The First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. 7.
The office shall draw an award accordingly.
