Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year - 2015. The same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader also.

In case validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with

2 wp 13273.18 respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 11.02.2019.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
