The petitioner contends that he is working since 1987 as a Forest Labourer on daily wages at Navapur, District Nandurbar. He prays that he should be inducted in the services of the Forest Department in view of the Government Resolution dated 16.10.2012. His applications dated 14.09.2022 and 02.11.2022 may be considered.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 14.09.2022 and

*2* 91wp12583o22 02.11.2022 by calling for the records from the concerned Department in which, the petitioner claims to have been working. Needless to state, these authorities would verify from the records as to whether, the petitioner was working on any scheme or directly in the employment of the Social Forestry Department or on Employment Guarantee Scheme. After taking stock of the entire record, the said authorities would respond to the representations of the petitioner with a reasoned order, to be passed on or before 31.03.2023.
