Mr.Karlekar, learned A.G.P. on oral instructions of Mrs.Babita Giri, Deputy Director (Research) and Member Secretary of Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar, states that the Committee has kept the hearing on 28.11.2017 in respect of the petitioner's case and within fifteen (15) days thereafter, the matter would be decided.

Considering the above, the Respondent Committee shall decide the validation proceedings by end of December 2017. The petitioner shall remain present before the Committee on 28.11.2017 and cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.
