1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is forwarded for grant of pension and pensionary benefits of the petitioner and the same is pending with respondent no.1 for grant of administrative sanction since the year 2017.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 5 and 7.

3] In case the proposal seeking administrative sanction for grant of pension and pensionary benefits is pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four [4] months.
