The applicants/original claimants seek to condone the delay of 374 days caused in filing the appeal against the Award passed by the Tribunal under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2.

Heard Mr. Mayure, learned advocate appearing for the applicants and Mr. Usmanpurkar, learned advocate appearing for respondent no.2.

Having considered the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in paragraph nos.3 to 6 of the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 374 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off.

First Appeal be registered. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 26.6.2024. Mr. Usmanpurkar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.2. 5.
