Mr. Aghav, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the pension as claimed by the petitioner has been sanctioned by the office of the Accountant General on 23.3.2018 and arrears of pension are directed to be payable with effect from 1.4.2004.

In the view of above, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The respondent shall endeavour to pay the pension

2 wp 13341.17 benefits as per the order of the Accountant General expeditiously and preferably within two (2) months.
