1] This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar on 27.7.2015 refusing registration of Civil Application (St) No.13985/2014 and for condoning the delay occurred in approaching this Court.

2] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

CA 8059/16 in RC 1290/15 in WP 4488/14 - 2 - 3] For the reasons recorded in the application, the application is allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the application is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar on 27.7.2015 refusing registration of the civil application is quashed and set aside. The applicant shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today.
