Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the Headmaster has forwarded the proposal for appointment of the petitioner as a Peon in July-2016, however, the same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and states that, in case the said proposal is pending, the authority would decide it in accordance with law.

In case the proposal filed by the Institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Peon (Page 11-A) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide it in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months. 4.
