The petition can conveniently be disposed of by issuing directions to the learned District Judge, Biloli, to decide Regular Civil Appeal No.28 of 2015, preferred by the petitioner, expeditiously.

Accordingly, learned District Judge, Biloli is directed to decide aforesaid appeal of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case, within a period of six months from the date of communication of the present order. 3.
