Heard Mr. Kadethankar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners would file representation with the respondents seeking relief to absorb and regularize the petitioner on the post of Lecturer and for confirmation of permanency.

Mrs. Patil, learned AGP submits that the petitioners were not appointed through duly constituted selection Committee and benefit of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.2046/2010 dated 19.10.2013 would not be available.

As petitioners now are restricting their case to the extent of giving representation to the appropriate authority, we are not considering the submissions on merits. In light of the above, we pass following order.

ORDER

The petitioner may make a representation with the Respondents/Competent Authority with regard to their absorption, regularization, which would be considered by the authorities on its own merits, in accordance with law, and policy and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within nine months.
