The petitioner/Education Society has put-forth prayer clauses (B), (C) & (D) as under;

"B) Issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to include the name of the petitioner B.Ed college on centralized admission process (CAP) online portal and permit the petitioner to admit the students for two units (100 seats) for the academic year 2022-23, forthwith.

C) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari, to quash and set aside impugned communication dated 02.11.2022 issued by respondent No.4 university thereby refusing to grant 50 (1 Unit) intake capacity of student.

College on centralized admission process (CAP) online portal and permit the petitioner to admit the students for two units (100 seats) for the academic year 2022-23, forthwith."

Before this matter could be heard since it was granted urgent circulation for today, the learned advocate for the petitioner has placed on record a communication received from respondent no.4/ University, dated 24.11.2022, as Revised Certificate indicating 100 intake capacity for the academic year 2022-2023. The said certificate is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that since the certificate - '

X' has been issued, this petition would not survive and can be disposed off.
