The Petitioner desires to add grounds in the pleadings from paragraph 8-A to 8-H and prayer clause DD. 2.

We find that the proposed amendment contains pleadings with regard to certain original documents which were not placed before the Committee as well as this Court and certain details about the family genealogy.

The affidavit-in-reply in the Petition is yet to be filed. 5.

Considering the specific contentions, this Application is allowed. Amendment be carried out on or before 04.11.2023 and a freshly typed copy of the amended memo of the Petition shall be filed simultaneously, and copies be supplied to the learned AGP. 6.
