Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the insurance company.

Perused the impugned judgment and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said judgment.

After having considered the material as aforesaid, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount.

ii) Balance 25% be invested in Fixed Deposit

952-CA-570-2019 .odt (2) Receipt in any nationalized bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

iii) Leave to correct the name of applicant no.1. The correction be carried out forthwith.

iv) The amount permitted to be withdrawn be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Latur, so as to facilitate its withdrawal by the claimants.

v) Civil application stands disposed of.
