Learned AGP submits that the communication addressed by the petitioner to learned counsel for the petitioner, shows that the concerned competent authority granted approval to the petitioner's appointment pursuant to the interim order of this Court. 3.

Since the petitioner does not want to pursue the petition, we disposed of the same as infructuous.
