Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the insurance company.

Perused the impugned judgment and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said judgment.

After having considered the material as aforesaid, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount.

ii) Balance 25% be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank for the

927-CA-15194-2018 .odt (2) period till disposal of the appeal.

iii) Civil application stands disposed of.

iv) The disbursement of the amount of compensation permitted to be withdrawn shall be in accordance with the order passed by the Tribunal.
