Petitioners have presented grievance application with the grievance cell of respondent-corporation which is under consideration. Learned counsel for petroleum company states on instructions that the grievance application tendered by petitioners would be considered within a period of three months from today. It is however stated that the petroleum company will not issue letter of intent in favour of successful applicant until decision of the grievance application tendered by petitioners. 2.

In view of statement made by learned counsel for petroleum company, no further order needs to be issued in the instant petition. Petition stands disposed of.
