Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for petitioner. 2.

After arguing sometime when Mr. Jadhav was confronted with certain facts viz. the bar would not be operative in case of petitioner, in view of the provisions of law as well, the submission of petitioner that there was some erroneous reference in the judgment and order of the Hon'ble Apex Court and if that was the fact situation, the remedy could have been certainly laid before the appropriate forum and admittedly petitioner failed to take any such step.

Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel then prays for withdrawal of petition. Mr. Jadhav fairly submitted before us that petitioner had also challenged the 1 / 2

As such, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition. Appeal filed before State Government also be disposed of by authorities, before whom the appeal is pending, in view of order of this Court.
