This matter was referred for mediation by this Court (Coram : Bharati H. Dangre, J.) on 08.02.2022. Advocate Smt. Manjusha Deshpande was appointed as a Mediator. 2.

Today a report of the Mediator is filed. The mediation has been successful. The report of the Mediator in the form of 'terms of compromise' is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The mediation report is signed by the Mediator Smt. Manjusha Deshpande as well as the applicant and the respondent. 3.

Respondent-husband is present before the Court. 4.

The parties are at liberty to withdraw the respective cases pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Degloor and Civil Judge Senior Division, Biloli.

The permanent alimony to the tune of Rs. 1,75,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) agreed to be paid by the respondent-husband to the applicant-wife through a Demand Draft shall be deposited in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Degloor, on or before 16.03.2022.

Upon depositing the Demand Draft, the learned Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Degloor shall immediately hand it over to the applicant/wife after due identification.

The Misc. Civil Application No. 337 of 2021 stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
