The grievance of the Petitioners with regard to the correction in the staffing pattern is pending. The learned Advocates representing the Zilla Parishad, submit that the said exercise of scrutiny and corrections will be completed within sixty days from today. They submit on instructions that the process of declaring the teachers surplus has been kept in abeyance until such corrections are carried out. 4.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off. 5.
