The applicant is seeking permission to condone the delay of 454 days in filing Second Appeal. Though the application is strongly opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent, but for the reasons stated in the application, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to be deposited with Registry of High Court, for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.
