The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nomination paper of the petitioner is erroneously rejected and nomination of respondent No. 6 is erroneously accepted. Respondent No. 6 is below 21 years age.

Mr. Lakhotiya, learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Mr. Kadethankar, learned advocate appears for respondent No. 4. 3.

It is submitted by respondents that, poll is scheduled tomorrow i.e. on 21st December, 2021. This Court cannot exercise writ jurisdiction at this stage.
