The petitioners are the members of respondent No.5- Society and are claiming that they are entitled to a loan waiver scheme of the State Government but because of the inaction of respondent No.5Society, they are being deprived of. 2.

Learned advocate Mr. Z. H. Farooqui submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.5-Society and on instructions, submits that the Society would forward the petitioners' proposals within four weeks to the respondent No.2- Collector. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.5 Society to forward the proposals of the petitioners to the respondent No.2 -Collector, Ahmednagar within four weeks. We further direct, the Collector, Ahmednagar to take decision on the proposals to be received from the respondent No.5 Society as early as possible and in any event, within eight weeks from the date he receives the proposals.
