PER COURT:- 1] The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the non-salary grants admissible to the petitioner institution. Perusal of `Exhibit N' at page 40 reveals that a report has been forwarded by the Education Officer to the School Education and Sports Department on 3.8.2016 concerning the proposal tendered by the petitioner institution for release of non-salary grants. It does appear on perusal of the affidavit in reply tendered on behalf of respondent No.4 that the issue of admissibility of non-salary grants in favour of the petitioner institution has not been addressed by the State Government as yet. The State Government is expected to take appropriate decision in the matter. 2] Considering the statements made in affidavit in reply filed by respondent No.4, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent State to take appropriate decision in respect of release of non salary grants in favour of the petitioner institution, in observance of the

{2} 45 sr.no..odt procedure prescribed by law and the policy of the State Government, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of 3 months from today and it is accordingly directed.
