Present application has been filed for recall of the order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Criminal Application No.2226 of 2020, which was dismissed for not removing office objections. A conditional order was passed, still those office objections were not removed. Now, learned Advocate for the applicants is ready to remove the office objections and, therefore, we allow Criminal Application No.4436 of 2024 and recall the order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Criminal Application No.2226 of 2020, however, it is subject to deposit of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad, within a period of one week.
