It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that, after revisional authority remanded the matter back to respondent No. 3, respondent No. 3 is not deciding Rasta Case filed by respondent Nos.4 and 5.

The learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and submits that the authority would take decision upon the application of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 on its own merits expeditiously. 3.

In case, the application is filed by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 under Section 5(2) of the Mamaltdar's Court Act and after remand the same is pending with the respondent No. 3, respondent No. 3 shall take decision on the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned and as per procedure, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
