He submits that the Appeal itself has been disposed of by District Judge - 1, Hingoli on 27.02.2019. Learned Advocate for petitioner produced on record the copy of the order passed in R.C.A. No. 33 of 2008 and the same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.
