Learned A.G.P. for applicant submits that as a matter of fact, these are left out matters from group of civil application bearing no. 16329 of 2015 and companion applications. He further refers to that under order dated 21-07-2017 passed by this court in civil application no. 16329 of 2015 and companion civil applications, delay had been condoned and interim stay had been granted. He, therefore, proposes similar treatment to present applications being left out matters.

In view of aforesaid, order dated 21-07-2017 passed in civil application no.16329 of 2015 and companion matters, shall be

2 CA - 16337-2015+ deemed to be part and parcel of this order and shall be deemed to have been reiterated. As such, for the very same reasons, present civil applications are allowed in similar terms. 3.
