It appears that office has wrongly shown that the Civil Application 1242 of 2018 is disposed of, but in fact, it was not disposed of under order 30.11.2022 because amendment was to be carried out.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1687 days. This Court vide order dated 30.11.2022 has already condoned the similar delay in other connected matter. As such, the delay of 1687 days in this application also stands condoned. The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objection if any. The application is accordingly disposed of. Office to correct mistake in showing disposal of this application earlier.
