Looking to the medical condition of the applicant, indulgence was shown by extending the period of temporary bail after its expiry. It appears that the purpose for which the temporary bail was granted, appears to have been served. Since, the period of order granting temporary bail has expired and the extended time has also expired, the application for extension of temporary bail granted vide order dated 1st July, 2025 and extended vide order dated 25th September, 2025, stands disposed of.

Applicant to surrender before the jail authorities within a period of one week.
