Perused the application and other relevant documents. 3.

In view of nature of the subject matter, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 26-06-2012 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad in Land Acquisition Reference No. 865 of 1997, on condition that applicant-appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondent-original claimant to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
