The applicants/petitioners pray for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 06/06/2016 by which registration was refused to the writ petition for non removal of office objections. 2.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. All office objections shall be removed on or before 30/08/2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the learned Registrar dated 06/06/2016 shall stand restored. If all objections are removed, the said order dated 06/06/2016 is set aside and the writ petition be listed for admission on 10/09/2018. 3.

For the reasons set out in the application, delay of 136 days is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rs.Five thousand khs/AUGUST 2018/447-d

only), which shall be deposited with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad CSR Fund") on or before 30/08/2018.
