The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proposal submitted by the respondent No. 4-Management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on unaided post is pending with Education Officer, since February, 2020 .

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 3. Mr. Jain, the learned Advocate waives service of notice for respondent No. 4. 3.

Incase, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner (Page No. 18) is pending with respondent No. 4, then respondent No. 4 shall take decision upon said proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of order. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
