Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The challenge in this petition is to the order granting interim maintenance of Rs.7000/- per month to the respondent No.1, wife of the petitioner herein. Learned Magistrate has observed in the order dated 28/1/2021 that the petitioner is earning Rs.30,000/- per month. In the given circumstances, no case is made out for issuance of notice. Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed. The learned Magistrate is directed to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 10 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
