Order :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body and learned AGP for co-appellants and respondents-original claimants. 2.

Perused the applications. The applicants are intending to file appeals through Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, which was party respondents in the Reference petitions filed under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. In such circumstances there is no impediment to grant leave to file the appeal. The applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "A".
